Usually, you will receive a phone call from a representive that claims to be a 3rd party company working for Netflix and is looking for a missing payment. Do not pay the scammer anything. If you have missed a payment, contact Netflix directly and work with them, however, chances are that you have not missed a payment, as Netflix will simply cancel your service if you do.
