REFUND POLICY

refunds may be issued by Warded, LLC (“The Company,” “We,”
“Us,” or “Our”) to you (“You,” “Your,”

website (“Service”). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the
terms set forth in this Policy.

Cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle,
ensuring that you are not billed for subsequent cycles.

at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if your payment cycle is
from May 6 to June 6 and you cancel on May 12, you will not be billed for the
cycle starting on June 6.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund within two weeks of
initiating your first month of the Service if you have not used the Service yet. If you have already used the Service, then refunds are not possible. After the first month, refunds are
not possible for any subsequent month of service.

Refund Procedure

two-week eligibility period. Upon verification, the refund will be processed
through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

After the first month of service, refunds will not be issued
under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the
Service, non-usage of the Service, or any other reason not explicitly covered
in this Policy.

Opinion

Part of our Service involves providing our professional
opinion on whether or not you may be experiencing fraud. It is important to
note that these opinions are based on our expertise and available information
but should not be considered as legal advice.

11.  Limitation
of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages, financial
or otherwise, that may arise from the inability to refund Subscription fees in
cases that fall outside the conditions outlined in this Policy.

12.  Governing
Law

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is governed by the laws
of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law
principles.

13.  Changes
to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this
Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective
