This is a type of scam that usually involves 2 things: 1) someone has gotten their account hacked and the scammer is using a credible account to scam people out of money; 2) the scammer is using someone else’s art and pretending it is theirs to trick a victim. The scammer will show you evidence of their work, if you agree to commission from them, they will take the payment and then never return.
Lastly, please note that this kind of scammer usually targets people who are attempting to develop an online following (streamer, influencer, etc..).
The best way to stay safe from this scam is to just ignore unsolicited messages. If you want to commission artwork, make sure to use reputable sites like Fiverr.
